A brand new 7 bedded unit which can flex up to 9 patients. This unit serves a busy district general hospital with over 700 beds. There are currently a group of 9 consultants with interests in Echocardiography, Retrieval Medicine, Research and Medical Education. The consultant body is made up of 7 Anaesthetists, 1 Respiratory Physician and 1 General Surgeon.
